Was ist ein Fulfillment Dienstleister?
Ein Fulfillment Dienstleister ist ein Unternehmen, das sich um die Abwicklung der Aufträge und Bestellungen eines Unternehmens kümmert. Dazu gehören die Lagerung, das Verpacken und Versenden sowie das Retourenmanagement und Tracking.
Was gehört zum Fulfillment?
Zu unserem Fulfillment gehören alle Prozesse: Vom Wareneingang bis hin zur Auslieferung der Güter. Dazu kommt noch ein eigenes Tracking, Rechnungs- und Mahnwesen sowie das Retourenmanagement.
Wie funktioniert Fulfillment?
Unsere Software ist direkt in deinen Shopify Shop integriert und hat Zugriff auf alle Bestelldaten. So können wir die Ware direkt nach der Bestellung verpacken und an die entsprechende Adresse versenden.
Ab wann lohnt sich ein Fulfillment Dienstleister?
Bei weniger als 5 Bestellungen pro Woche lohnt es sich in der Regel nicht. Ab 5 Bestellungen pro Tag ist das Outsourcing an einen Fulfillment Dienstleister sinnvoll.
Gibt es eine Vertragsbindung?
Nein. Wir stehen für Fairness und Partnerschaft. Daher arbeiten wir immer transparent und binden dich nicht an einen Vertrag.
Habe ich weiterhin uneingeschränkten Zugriff auf meinen Shopify Shop?
Ja, natürlich. Das Herzstück deines Geschäfts bleibt weiterhin dein eigener Shopify Store, ohne dass du die Kontrolle verlierst.
